Boat
Maximum power and flexibility on board! For decades the Magnus Seamaster Boat series has stood for ultimate reliability and enjoyment. Our innovative new format, with its top quality fittings, now goes a step beyond. Regardless of whether we’re talking natural bait fishing for redfish, ling and tusk, or lure angling for halibut, the powerful blank can take on any fish in the sea. The top-of-the-range fittings include special boat SIC guides, robust Seaguide reel seats and high quality Duplon handles in a stylish camo format. As well as this, all the models feature a cross-gimbal design from Pac-Bay, protected by an EVA closure cap. Thanks to the special boat rod guide arrangement, we recommend the use of a multiplier reel. For all stationary-bait fans, the MB2132 is a model with something really extra, with rod guides to match..

Jigging
Make light work of heavy duty spin fishing. This unique series of rods was developed for going after pollack, wolffish, cod, ling and halibut. All the models have sensitive tip actions, which allows for controlled lure guidance with intensive bite detection. This allows for a natural presentation in all layers of the water column. The 20lb version is perfectly set up to fish different lures or natural bait rigs of up to 300g in shallow water up to 50 metres deep. For anyone wanting to use lightweight pilker lures and natural lures up to 500g in medium depths at around the 100 metre mark, the universal 30lb model is the best choice. The 50lb models have been developed for heavy natural bait fishing for ling or rock fish, or XXL lure fishing in strong currents or drifting in depths of up to 300 metres. The Magnus Seamaster jigging rods are fitted with a cross-gimbal from Pac-Bay, including an EVA closure cap. Because of the special lowrider guide arrangement, we recommend a multiplier reel. For those who prefer stationary-bait fishing, the best bet is to go for the 30lb MB2221 model, which was designed specifically for this purpose.

Slow Jig
Fish playing… in the best possible way. Anyone looking for a robust and reliable spinning rod for effective vertical fishing with lures weighing up to 80g or 120g will really be inspired by our Magnus Seamaster Slow Jig models. The lures can be guided slowly or with rapid, drawing movements, whichever you want. In such situations, the highly-elastic blank really does its job even when big fish are on the line.

Spin
A fast all-rounder right from the start. These versatile spinning rods were developed especially for lure angling for halibut, cod, pollack and similar species. And of course, the compact power package is also ideally suited for lightweight pilker lures weighing up to 160g fished from the boat, with little drift and a maximum fishing depth of 50 metres. Even herring and mackerel paternosters can be used effectively with our Magnus Seamaster spin models.

Travel (Boat / Jigging / Spin)
Mega power in a mini format. Our practical short-section Magnus Seamaster Travel models are available as boat, jigging and spin versions, in different lengths, and can be stowed in ordinary luggage with no problem at all. All the rods have an almost identical action to their two-part counterparts, and produce the same top performance on the water. And of course they come delivered in a super-strong transport tube.
