Romain Prouillac – FR

Romain is a passionate angler since his childhood with sound and versatile skills gained along his fishing career. He deftly fly fishes for trout and greyling, catches big predators and does match angling but his true affair of the heart is and will always be carp fishing – and especially its challenge of diversification. Romain fishes rivers and streams, canals, gravel-pits aswell as ponds and big lakes.
His tackle has to be reliable and taylormade for his versatile demands and applications. ‘The Brilliant 10’ 3.5LB is my absolute number one when fishing large waters or streams whilst I do prefere an FBC Stalker in 10’ 3LB when fineness and sensitivity are required to succeed. Whenever boats are not allowed the Brilliant 12’ 3LB is my preference.
Last but not least it is my firm conviction that adaptability is the key to success in angling and therefore the versatility and quality of Sportex rods is what matches.
